    Bother is not available at installment plan. It is possession area plot and available at down cash payment. However 2 to 4 week payment time option is available.

    You can plot in this budget in Janiper Block of Sector C. But you need to pay development and possession charges of Rs. 275,000 at the time of transfer. So it will cost me about 12 to 12.75 lacs.
