    5 Marla double storey is available at 34 to 36 lacs. However 8 Marla is much better as compare to 5 Marla Double Storey

    Dear Brother Faran,

    You have offer so many time. Dont you think your offer is not up to the market rate thats why each time it was not accepted by seller.

    You have offered for Villa 115 many time from here as well as different sites but it has been sold out at the demanded price and you missed it.

    It is my humble request if you are really interested then buy it you will miss it soon.

    It is brand new Villa although it is at the end of line, but very suitable for a family who want privacy out side home as well. No one will come at the end of line other then the resident. This is dead end line. This villa is the last one and has a small park adjacent with it.
